Paragraph 12:  The foot impression, appearing on Exhibit D-215, matches in general shape, outline, and size the record footprint of Cpt. J. MacDONALD. However, due to absence of individual ridge characteristics in the photographs taken of this Exhibit, a positive identification could not be made by the examiner.
