Paragraph 12:  Examinations of the red-brown stains of Exhibits D61, D123, D126, D127, D129, D128, D134, D145, D157, D163, D208, D207B and D220 revealed the presence of human blood of the International Blood Group Type AB.

Paragraph 33:  Examination of Exhibits D23, D123, D221, D229, D237, E3, E6, E16, E19a, E20a, E24, E32, E52NB, E116, D118, E119, E205, E300, E301, E302 and E303 revealed the presence of fibers identical in type, color, denier, twist, and all other physical characteristics to the fibers of the pajama jacket, Exhibit D210.

Paragraph 34:  It is the opinion of the examiner that the fibers present in the Exhibits of paragraph 33 could have originated from Exhibit D210.

Paragraph 39:  Examination of Exhibits D48NB, D123, E8, E9, E12, E15, E56NB, E57NB and E61NB revealed the presence of human hairs grossly similar in all physical characteristics to the head hair of Kristen MacDonald.

Paragraph 40:  It is the opinion of the examiner that one or more of the human head hairs present in the Exhibits of paragraph 39 could have originated from the head of Kristen MacDonald.

Paragraph 58:  Comparison of wax removed from Exhibits D123, G131 and G201 with the candle wax from Exhibits G(1-10) showed same to be different in chemical composition.

Paragraph 59:  It is the opinion of the examiner that the wax present in Exhibits D123, G131 and G201 did not originate from the candles G(1-10).
